Prior to management, we engage in an in-depth analysis of the property to derive relevant commercial and technical reports, which are subsequently converted to a Service Level Agreement. We commence immediately after the Service Level Agreement is executed.

Current Kenyan Law and Practice mandates the Manager, to hold deposits in lieu of Resident leases, for discharge at the expiry of the lease. However, we prefer if the deposits are held by the landlord.
We take a corporate approach to facilities Management with a well-planned and transparent, document-based process. We also provide weekly/ monthly reports on the status of the property.
